This is the most hush hush they have ever been about town hall. I always get and invite and then emails shortly following with the link to watch the recording. It may not mean anything but with it combined with everything else we are dealing with it seems rather shady.

The original email was received on the 18th since we were not invited the email on the 18th advised a follow up email was supposed to be sent with the link to the recorded feed and the list of questions and answers. That was never sent to CS.

No email was ever sent to customer service yesterday or today, maybe there were only select job titles that were approved to receive it, the same way only select jobs in service were allowed to watch the live session.

Why wasn’t frontline customer service or L1s notified of this. We are the ones being impacted the greatest it seems malicious that they did not allow us to even have the option to go

smh+1tcL29pi here, I think most info was geared toward l2,3s

One interesting thing mentioned for anyone else in digital like myself is that 90% of non voice work went overseas which is absolutely wild to me. They made it seem like they hired offshore to fill a need for those that got rif'd but I know a lot of those let go in Jan were training their offshore counterparts so something doesn't add up on that.

So they didn't send invites to L1s since we "normally aren't schedule" for them. A recording will be provided later with the Q&A

They barely had time to answer the questions in the slido.
Key take aways: commitment to training and learning materials for mostly l2 and l3s. Low voice survey results. The biggest thing they addressed first is RIF for 6/28. Basically said "there's no RIF, that I've heard of but anything smaller is up to budget owners".
