sorry to post here because of everyone freaking out about layoffs but I'm really tensed about the Senior Manager Layoffs. I heard through grapevine about this but no one will give definite answers.

Can the person who posted about the NA que having 4K agents in que please elaborate?
There is a new team I saw their names on Saturday I saw one of them wrap on an order and looked up the team so there is a new team they were remote they were on the phones. I really do not think we will be so lucky to be laid off with the way they're treating us they're going to get rid of us with pips that way they don't have to pay us anything. I cried all week last week too I used to love working here as well. I'm sorry that everyone's mental health is suffering I think the plan is to get us to all quit and that's where we're at. What else can we do it is very toxic. I used to love my job and I didn't even hate coming back to work after the weekend. I can't even think about work anymore.
So Monday and there is over 4k agents in the NA que I have never seen it above 2-3
Good fire all of them, they have made our lives he-l.
I hope they fire me. I can’t fu--ing take it working at this place. Phones are horrible.
I don’t work Sundays in frontline, but I’ve heard it’s hard to even get that day off since there are not as many agents. I suspect they may have a new hire team, but no way to confirm that.
I want to know why there is 3 times the amount of agents on phones today then there is on every other Sunday.
I’m seeing a lot of chatter about digital on 6/28. First time I’m hearing about senior management but I wouldn’t put it past them.
