My store looks pretty desperate

I mean, I can say without exaggeration that my store looks more desperate than ever. I hope the condition is better in other stores, but it seems to me that all of them are more or less looking desperate nowadays...

What makes you cringe?

I'll start. When I put the customer on with asurion to make a claim and the asurion rep tries to sell vz home. The customer always rolls their eyes and says, "why are they trying to sell me something? I just want my phone fixed."
