I don't get it. They clearly hate Lowell, and they clearly think Verizon treats them unfairly. Why would anyone want to work for a company that treats them so unfairly? Normal people go find jobs better suited to their needs when they are unhappy.

The Union seems hell bent on bringing the company down which makes no sense to me unless they are planning to work somewhere else. Pressure I could understand but it seems to go beyond that.
