Provide poor quality service and don't care . Verizon sells its product to American's yet doesn't support them. It's treasonous.

The call center employees can make 700 dollars a week and this number is double the average salary of a Manila bank teller. Starting associates at Manila law firms generally make roughly $700 a month. I don't think these Filipinos need CWA's help.

Fwd:Rumor has it that our soulless employer is sending out a certified letter which will offer you your job back as a non union position. Looks like an attempt to effect our ability to collect unemployment so don't sign for it. Via my picket captain
