The new comp plan offically made me stop caring about Verizon whats the point. I just do the bare minumum now.

Our DM said we will start having sign holding shifts at the intersection outside of the store. Here in Arizona the temp is around 110 degrees and I have told management im not going outside to twirl signs. Verizon hits a new low.

What other jobs are y’all applying for that pays better?

Cutting pay and Overtime will make employees less motivated/ productive. You cant cut someones pay and expect them to work harder for less.
