Just wondering if anyone has a link or phone number or really any information about the second half of the stock bonus? I was part of the VSP and I do not remember when they said the second half of the bonus would be released.

Does anyone have any idea? Just to be clear, I mean the real number of people that have been let go in one way or another, so I would appreciate if there are no comments like : Google it, or check the headcount on the company website….

My lump sum pension amount went down 2.5% in January from what it is in December. I thought January’s rates were better, but I guess not.

Word on the street is that Verizon has started to offer full time employment back to people that took the VSP. Could this be true and if so does it show that they made the mistake of letting some of the most talented employees leave?

This last offer had an “off payroll” date of 12/21. Place your guess as to when the company will see fit to tell people whether or not they are retiring or not I’m guessing 12/16.

Heared many employees being suspended in bklyn. Somehing like Q&R all over again..though that was gone last contract ..any insight on this ..true or just fake news , anybody heared anything.

Anyone taking the offer? For me $20,000 after taxes isn’t gonna cut it. I’ll ride it out a few more years maybe get another offer in the future.
