In a typical Thoma Bravo move, 1 year and a half after the acquisition the company has announced a reorganization impacting 10% of the workforce. Layoffs are happening in all markets and departments.
Layoffs in progress but people do not want to report it
Folks are afraid, Thoma Bravo knows the game - cut the cost and milk the revenue. Load the company with debt. It's not good to be at Talend right now.
