Since the overhaul of the executive team in Jan 2020 we have had an executive group that is not familiar with the data space. A new CTO joined for a while from Splunk but decided to move on. The biggest challenge has been a lack of understanding of where the industry is going and the main technological drivers in the DI space. Trying to pitch yourself as a Data Quality company when you have little to no data quality capabilities is not the best move.
