A little aggressive aren't you, to say the least a little bossy.
Leaving Follett is a smart move. I highly recommend it. I have known 4 people that have left since I did a few years ago and each one of them has a better job.
Follett keeps clinging to financial aid and high margins, basically squeezing the government funds to death. competition kills them because they are margin whores.
COPAR, freight initiative, rounding up….all margin grabs at the expense of reputation.
well. I hope they enjoy it. I work my fingers to the bone for that bonus.
Exactly. Our bonuses would up in upper management and Follett family pockets.
It didn't disappear. With millions of work capable, experienced workers sitting outside the workforce, management knows it can find your replacement quickly. They'll pay them less than they pay you. The bonuses didn't disappear, it was paid to someone else. Look up the ladder. Their bonuses didn't get smaller. Look at the owners, their profit checks are not going to get smaller. If you work for a living, you are being squeezed.
No raise in 4 years and bonuses evaporated.
stupid company is going down the crapper
There were no levels then...just ranges and store categories a through d. I was in a B store. Salary range then was 35 to 55 but I can't remember exactly.
What level were you in 2001?
Snap into a slim Jim.. Ooh yeah!!!
