So they tell us they expect the quality scores to drop with the new audit tool. Yet they increase the minimum standard? I feel like I can’t win no matter what I do.

New quality minimum has been on this and last MPs
If they want better star ratings they also need to really focus on having the providers accept Humana.
They were quite open about the changes in the reviews and why, related to CMS regs related to care planning. I don’t think they’re trying to force people out and there may be more layoffs, I think they’re trying to follow the funding sources rules and get back more stars they lost in the HEDIS rating....
Right........ That's the business strategy. LOL
They are just trying to put more pressure on people so they will quit. That way they don’t have to lay people off and pay severance. Let’s hang in here and get our severance. We deserve it. Of course if you find a better job I would run like hell and take it.
Hcmss were 94% and dropped to 90%
Its 90% not 95% please stop misinforming!
I work in SNP and our quality scores have always been 90% as well
Our minimum score has always been 90 in hccp. Guess that means we are the ones going up to 95?
We were told starting today the minimum quality score is 90%. Was 84% as of Friday.
I feel like I cannot possibly do this job according to their standards. I am a nurse with many years of experience and post graduate degrees. I give up. I have never failed at a job before. Waiting for my PIP. I really do love my members....hate this job. Cannot do it
95 percent minimum average and individual score is what we were told. So even if your average is above 95, but you have 1 score below that mark you will be given coaching. We were also told no tolerance for overdue calls. And OT is still an absolute no, just get it done in 8 hours or else.
My team has not been informed of a new standard. What is the minimum number now?
