Thread regarding DXC Technology layoffs

Layoffs in India

After the merger with HP ES, DXC is now laying off people in India. With no plans and full of corruption in management all talented people are being laid and the employees who are corrupt are being retained. Worst company ever in IT history. I repent to stay with such a crap company

KARMA .... for all those skilled folks in the rest of the world who were booted in favour of cheaper unskilled people .... only way to make money when the company is losing so many accounts as the reality of the sh--eness of DXC and its services.

I continue to see investment in the India workforce for the DXC transportation groups supporting the airlines through Mphasis even though past experience has shown a 100% turnover in India. There is currently a group of Indian employees in the U.S. for a month of training.

No paid travel or training for US workforce.

It doesn't matter if HR call it: laid, f3cked, shafted or rear-shored, it's all the same useless BS strategy. They have proven beyond all doubt that they cannot enable organic growth in the digital markets as they severely lack the skillbase and cultural values that used to mean something. Just take a look at their agile mess. I work for a company that is growing so fast in the cyber, cloud that digital transformation sounds old fashioned to us..as do all these monolithic dinosaurs spending more time trying to transform themselves than their poor, ill-advised customers' Business processes. Our clients see dxc as an overpriced transactional firm rather than a business enabler...a little unfair given all the money they spent on their branding...but there you go. I think they will need to review what the hell it is they want to be.
