I've heard this as well. It's been going around, so I am pretty sure it's no longer a rumor. What is still unknown is who and where exactly will be laid off. If anybody has any more info on this, please post here.

Actually the over 200 number is accurate. Speaking as one of those affected.
The jobs outsourced to Costa Rica are the L1 and L2 Inbound Customer Support teams. They've been notified and are different offices so spread out and not in the volume you mention.
