Wouldn't be surprise with the losses and dismal sales in 2016 if they don't go for the lowest bidder or go bankrupt. 99% of all customer support - RS, MS, Hybrid - headed to either Sungard AS employees in India or a contractor in Costa Rica.

yes this is absolutely true.if you still work there and you think you will not be affected you are fooling yourself. they may not even have money for the 1 week per year of service package if you stay- get out NOW>
CEO is cashing out and company will be sold for parts or sold to another company.
Way to much outsourcing being done under the cover of being 'a global business'
