This is great site and we must spread this as way to finally communicate without fear! We should really find a way to reach out to some type of legal representation regarding set, unattainable, metric expectations within standard workdays and no overtime pay. Although we are salary, we have no flexibility in our schedule to meet our needs, family's needs, our health. We only have flexibility in working 10-12 hour days to survive ongoing threats of PIPS and potential termination. You are correct!!! We need to unite together and agree to not kill ourselves to make these unattainable expectations so that the metrics reflect they are going beyond what other employees are doing to achieve and is solely imposed on our department so that we are “set up to fail”, THAT is what makes it discriminatory. And by discriminatory, I mean illegal. This is totally a way to get us to quit so that they do not have to pay severance nor have to pay unemployment benefits! https://www.nela.org/NELA/
