Orlando support .. Is that going to be the hub of visa violations. Ok for hardcore computer science jobs (say machine learning related wherein you need deep knowledge of algorithms and data structures) yes I agree you need ppl from India Brazil etc.. But when citizens are replaced at say the orlando support with cheap labor from India and Brazil that is a violation of the H1 visas. Support jobs don't need hi tech computer science knowledge. Maybe some lawyers in the area should look into this and see how many citizen jobs are being replaced using cheap labor from abroad.. And then these guys and gals arriving from abroad are made to work like slaves hanging that green card in front.. The old carrot and stick..

Oracle will be taking the Oracle Direct model overseas and having people in the cheapest location they can find calling on customers everywhere. Even the millennials aren't safe. The only ones safe are the 2 most expensive CEOs in the business and they both work for Oracle.
Everyone is playing the system, the Indian pure-players have perfected it, IBMs and Accentures of the world are right behind - Oracle is doing it (a LOT) but we are not an #H1B key player at all

True.. This makes me a semi Trump supporter. But building a wall along Mexico won't stop this problem(in fact that would increase the price of vegetables, chicken.. Etc . No good iow)
This kind of abuse destroys the middle class in America and is done by the big rich American corporations to increase their bottom line..
Many companies are abusing the H1B system. Disney is doing it. Politicians look the other way. They are bought and paid for by big corporations looking to exploit the American worker.
