If you are laid off and get a 60 day non working notice, I understand you keep most benefits:
- Can you still use hra dollars (given with the copay plan) during those 60 days?
- Do you still accrue service time- if you are 2 weeks away from hitting an anniversary would you get those extra 2 weeks of severance since you’re still technically an employee during that time?
- Do you accrue pto during your 60 day non working
