Former Fiber Rep - We were instructed to sell APBA service that was not market-ready. Not only was there a shortage of devices, but features like VOICEMAIL didn't function properly. I ended up receiving over $8k in chargebacks for orders that were cancelled without my control. I also know many other sellers who are facing collections in the mail to repay this debt. Unfortunately, they can't dispute it on CAAIRS either since it's an internal system. What a scam! Whoever orchestrated this maneuver is truly despicable.
Additionally, multiple orders of mine were cancelled without any notice provided to the customer or myself.
