If you make a ruling and don't apply it equally, why are you surprised when minions revolt?
I'm not talking about those w/medical accommodations or those outside of 40-mile radius.
I'm talking about entire teams who received special permission to permanently work remote. I have 2 colleagues who talk about running errands, grabbing ice cream w/kids, doing laundry, etc. Have neighbor who does the same. WTF.
Maybe there would be slightly less outrage if ridiculous RTO mandate were applied across the board.
