The way, Honeywell trains, its management. Most of the people have no degrees They talk to push the matrix. You get hired at Honeywell by pushing parts. Whoever can get the people to push the parts the most get the job.
Here’s what’s wrong with your philosophy. If you’re pushing more parts and they’re really good. You should have customers like Boeing. threatening to pull a contract. Because they’re not getting their parts anymore.
We produce enough parts. However, we are only getting about 25 to 35% good parts. We had a person that said the more you produce the less quality you will have. Again they let this person go.
So it’s kind of funny when you see the results. She would always this during a tour. They got rid of her during a RIF. Then the rework and scrap increased as our numbers increased. I guess she was right.
You ever heard that saying, “ Your lies will eventually catch up to you.” I guess the gig is up and they did. Glass door hit it on the head. Before they were flooded by false ratings.
Honeywell’s run by unprofessional management. They all lie for each other and they’re all friends. When they claim they make the numbers for bonuses or promotions. They will always hide the truth and shut down anybody that’s trying to tell the truth.
Usually when somebody’s telling the truth, they try to find a way to get rid of them. Well, the gig is up. You had three customers within the last month demanding their parts. What is specifically stating they’re gonna pull the contract.
These goofballs don’t actually believe they’re going to do it. If they do it, it makes up 60% of my divisions revenue. You don’t need qualifications or schooling. In 11 years, this is never took place, I can see why you don’t need any degrees or schooling or any qualifications whatsoever. You’re friends with me. You got the job.
