They say in past 3 years, nearly 70% of management employees have experienced big changes in their work life: they’ve either just joined the company, have a new manager or have moved into a new role and that is a reason to move people to Dallas and end work g virtual. But the 70% includes every management/non bargained employee which is retail, call centers, technicians, field business and IHX sales, etc. Those groups make up probably 95% of the movement referenced but aren’t a part of any impact. Only a fraction of our non field changes jobs and has new managers each year and many of them already know their new boss prior to the change because they worked in the same business unit.
So many distorted facts, they are like politicians scheming and spinning the facts to fit their narrative,
