If HR main goal is to keep and reward the right level of Talent then what is their job that can not be replaced by a robot or AI
RM was supposed to do her job and out the policies in place that aid the business. So if a layoff has to happen, she needs to make sure that there is no personal biases and things are business driven
She would ensure we have the policies that protects and keep the needed talents for safe execution not the friends of the managers or the useless lip service chevrods
Instead, she focused on making HR a business on its own, destroyed moral, allowed managers abuse of talented workers, depleted the company talent by either quitting or laid off as they are not well connected to the decision makers despite their critical skills that are needed for business
She made Chevron a very toxic and hostile place and the result is fatalities, poor safety record, low moral, hostility, discrimination and full of lip service empty no substance unethical leaders
She is the reason and the longer she stays that more lives we will lose
She thinks people who write their opinion here as laid off disgruntled ex employees and she does not realize that she closed all the venues for hard working employees to actually speak up rather than making the company environment toxic and stressful.
This self serving person must go or the place will collapse fast
