Amazed to see American Airlines pilots gave themselves a 34% raise to offset inflation. Those guys have minimal education, work maybe 10 days per months and already earning mid six figures. Sheesh.
Marathon bonus multiplier:
Raises remains to be seen….have always heard marathon underpays people like crazy so not sure the higher bonus multiplier matters

Structure was 6% - meaning 0% merit raise.
Comment on other thread about being on the right work is correct. Working hard at things not understood or valued equals less promotion and pay.
My salary went up like everybody’s did, just not as much our greed thinks it should have. Despite the official pay we’re all stuck with, a decade ago I found a way to supplement my income under the table and tax free. I won’t say anymore. Love my job.
Record profits and most of these pay rise % don’t even keep pace with inflation. $75 billion buyback for shareholders and the “human energy” that runs the machine gets a pay cut in real terms. Ouch.

New-ish around here. Is it common to get the "sorry, I pushed for you but it got overruled higher up" or "we had to split the team budget across folks who are high in their psg and otherwise wouldn't have gotten a raise at all"??
Freshly promoted, still making less than some of my direct reports that are 1 PSG lower than me. I get that my long-term prospects are better, but I’m not inclined to listen to whining!

@3clj, you can't be a psg 27 with that LTIP amount... nice try.
Those who are below PSG 26 and got LTIP, how many EE did you get? I am PSG 24 and got 3 EE, one VC but did not get LTIP

@zhl+ wait until you try to move to a 24, they parade you around in front of the PDC and wait for anyone to say something bad about you, which cancels the promotion.
