21, 10%, 28k - in the process of being promoted a psg

I’m a mid-career hire, and I’ve never seen a place more inhibiting to promotion. This is not how it works at sane places.

All this discussion is a bit irrelevant as so many factors. I got 6.5% and exactly midpoint. I had a terrible year though.

9isg percent and mid 30s CIP. My sup gave me less than my midpoint though for CIP. And I had some EE’s, kinda bummed there. I’m wondering if he gave extra CIP to those who were close to PSG mid point? Still though employees should still get their CIP midpoint I feel if they perform as well as a nice bump.
