I notice many of the positive ratings are from newer employees, people who haven’t been around long enough to have been burned in all the many ways Wells Fargo finds to burn their employees.
My cousin came from a good company to work in our Compliance Dept for what was painted as a promotion and a jump in pay. He’s a smart young talented guy with a great attitude, and had nothing but positive things to say about his experience at Wells Fargo… for the first year..
He has already quit, saying:
-
Promises were made but not kept
-
His area was consistently short-handed which required him to work long hours. He was exempt, so of course no OT.
-
His manager was new himself, and located in another city, so was he felt like the area had no leadership.
-
Our technology is not what he expected for a Top 5 Bank.
