I hear from plenty of people on this board who support RTO, but I have yet to speak to anyone in person who prefers being in the office.
Context: I work in a large city with access to multiple hubs, and I split my time between a couple of locations. Without fail everyone I’ve come in contact with describes hating being in the office, talks about how miserable they are and clearly states that they are only in the office to check a box. Most recently the individual sitting in the cubicle adjacent to the one I was in referred to that office location as a prison.
How long until the upper levels of management realize that morale is absolutely dead?
