@bf not entirely true. They are both responsible. Plus, Sastry is two faced. Loves to cut American jobs from Denver & Jacksonville. Hire them in struggling Frisco & ship tons of jobs to India. Both her & he are responsible.

@OP it was over the Accenture snafus. Remember, she is on the Board of FIS & she took the fall for the Accenture issues. Smart lady. Thought to be much smarter than T. Duckett Brown but she got caught up w/some bad decisions.
