What happened to the other BU's that were sold off? Did all employees get laid off?
To be sold off seems like a good thing at this point, or is that just wishful thinking?

@cr Most companies, unlike OTEX, try to preserve the knowledge of the acquired product team. They may actually try to keep some of them around for a while.
OTEX immediately abuses the acquisitions, and replaces key people them with cheap replacements with no capability.
An astute buyer might notice this.
The products OTEX is trying to offload have been gutted, and only useless COE remain.

If the company is sold, there will likely be layoffs due to redundancies in the labor force. Careful what you wish for!

It's why I'm still around. Been sold 3 times so far, landed on my feet each time. Course new companies have been progressively worse, but I doubt someone like Rocket can be as bad as staying with OT. Here's hoping.
Layoffs and then a skeleton crew or training a cheaper replacement.
Great if you were secretly able to automate and handle it. A nightmare if you can't.
