Cap size useless HR activities with Agentic AI workflows

Oracle HR is like parasite living on Engineers. They dont have any role. I joined as IC2 and left as M4. Never in any process they were involved. Indian HR is worst. They dont do anything. They cant bring the market talent. Its again on Managers. They cant give a report on market salaries. Employees leave and managers suffer. Unless you are m5 /m6 and above you don't have a decision power. Most M5/M6 will talk to a HR in US to get a salary increase for their reportees via their HR's assigned to their VP's. Indian HRs try to block that as well.
I am an M and can say HR is neither manager's voice repeaters nor they are of employee's. I am in O for two decades now...still don't understand the role ,if anyone knows ..pls enlighten me
One of the most useless functions at Oracle. HR is not your friend they are the enforcement arm behind the politics masked within the vail of compliance - what a f'ing joke. Be afraid of HR - very afraid.
