I agree. Now how do you think we can turn around this negativity and low morale which has spread like a cancer I wonder. Employees have spoken. Is anyone listening?
Constant negativity is a result of the poor culture which is a result of the poor RTO policy which is a result of the poor leadership
@cg “1 incher”
Hey, there is no reason to bring McVest into the conversation. Please leave the wee little man alone; hasn’t he suffered enough servicing (I mean reporting) to the Stank.
You reprobates can save the “rub out” discourse for the bath house.
You have to learn to embrace and be entertained by the absurdity of it all. Ignore everyone but (maybe) your direct supervisor and the customer. Give no more than you get. Since you are made miserable by working conditions, return the favor by delivering misery up the chain of command through terrible results and chaos at every turn. The goal is taking home as much of AT&T's money as you can while sending Stankelfresh's stock options into the toilet.
Also find other work if you can. This place has no future.
@af rubbing your soft 1 incher must be a real pleasure, given no one else wants to touch you
Please, no more "First".
Ignore this troll who contributes nothing! No + or -. Maybe this narcissist will go away if we ignore him and have no interaction.
Cultivate 8 & skate. The Decisionmakers don’t give a hoot about downstream chaos and have made it clear that you are completely replaceable by a robot, a kid, or a fraudulent foreigner, so no reason for you to care. Do enough to stay off your boss’ radar and go home.
Collect the $ and find joy elsewhere.
I -ub one out at least once a day, when it is a rough day two or three times. That is what helps me cope and I highly recommend it.
