As a new employee about to start on Monday, how secure is the Richmond office? Can anyone just get on the campus, or is there security at the entrance where you need to show your badge to enter? I don’t want to walk out to the parking lot and see that my car was broken in to.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The easy answer is to contact HR or the employee help line and ask your question after you are verified. Asking for info on a campus or office security “publicly” is not cool.
Richmond campus is in a dicey neighborhood, someone recently drove into the guardhouse
@OP not sure why the downvotes for your post. From my experience, the campus is secure, of course nothing is ever a 100% guarantee. During my 2 1/2 years with Cap One, I’ve had one incident where my car was hit, but thankfully the employee left their name, number and insurance on my windshield and it was taken care.
