I know there are still NGF doors. When are they expected to close or be notified of their official closure date? Are they going to make them wait until January again or are they deciding on a month to month basis?

@h7 historically that information comes out in January. It has for many many years. Certainly you should know that. And during the fourth quarter and year end 2025 sales release, Macy’s announced that the timeframe for the remaining stores set for closure will be extended until fiscal year end 2028. Which would mean the final store closings will be announced in January 2029. I hope this clears things up and people don’t have to come here and constantly ask about store closings and their timeframe.
@ay ... obviously.... thats why we come here too see if someone is brave enough or thoughtful enough to give us some heads up with the info they have been "privy" too. If I could Google search it wouldn't need to ask here.
Store closures and layoffs aren’t something openly shared/discussed and only a few are privy to this info ahead of time. We can really only speculate based on historical announcements.
