Money exchanges in offshore, black money in India, lunches, vacations, gift cards, cash payments, payments to different banks and different people etc.. all should be monitored.
These contracting companies have more control over Citi than the actual employees and senior managers. The sales team of these contracting companies are trained MBA master frauds.

Do not use term "consulting companies" for hiding something. Use old but real term "Low cost labor companies".

The Indian vendor proved to be as bad as our own people so we fired them and hired new people here who are worse. Next, we meet a new vendor. In hope they take me to lunch again, I miss Nobu downtown
@OP All you have to do is look at the ones that made it into management or dominate a given team. Those are the castes that will come in.
