ADP has been doing layoffs for over ten years now. Once longtime employees start making to much money the company starts cutting jobs and rehires for cheaper labor.

@ba I worked for ADP for many years before I retired and YES they are layoff prone plus keep trying to offshores to save money. Then they pull back bc clients hate dealing with offshore

You are not wrong. Problem is, those associates that have been laid off had the system, compliance, payroll and tax knowledge. They hire back cheap labor who don’t understand how payroll or tax even works. But hey it’s the ADP way now.
