I've been looking at how much my team has shrunk over the past year and it's pretty alarming. Some of that was layoffs, but a lot of it was people simply choosing to leave. I'm wondering if other teams are seeing the same thing or if it's just us.

@aa Agreed, especially start early because it's a tough market out there. Took 8-9 months from getting laid off to re-employed. Depending where you are you may want to just move...
Pondering if I should stay and get a severance. Financially this company isnt looking good. PIK notes were issued by the bank last week and share price is dropping like a rock.
