Just got laid. off today.
cuts are happening today, two people from my team already.

Yupp.. I'd honestly expect layoffs every month until this place shuts down
100% chance. But they will let the good ones go, keep the sub-standard leadership team, and make sure everyone from LEX (who only understand half of what the combined organization does in terms of offerings) is OK
You can bet your reputation on that one.
With the amount of debt they owe, they will be looking to eliminate and cut corners like never before.
But like a poor marksman, they keep missing the target.
