@15b you must be new here they dont take SH seriously. If you haven't experienced it you're not really in a position to dictate to the victim how they should behave. These get reported, company does nothing. Claims get made and theyre not strong enough to stand. Thats a real thing most SH or SA victims experience and you would know that if you were one.

@149 first, do what's right for you. It's okay to move on.

My selfish reason is I don't want to work with any sxual hrssment je-ks and I don't want my coworkers and friends to either. If you get a payout that should motivate the company to listen better next time there's a creep at work.

@141 I have everything I reported they essentially respond with this is a "he said she said" thing even though theres teams messages. So I'll take the documentation but I doubt it will go anywhere

@12g for real. I'm sorry that it happened to you. It's never right.

Be sure to document, document, and document. And keep a copy when you go. Make sure it doesn't contain any government secrets or business sensitive items. They will do discovery if you file suit which means they'll be able to look through your emails, texts, socials and etc.

@12c when you are safely away, contact an attorney specializing in this kind of thing. The initial consultation is often very low cost or free. Tell them everything. It sounds like you have a legitimate case. Don't walk away without fighting back. If they are guilty, make them pay.
And then, make sure everyone on the planet with a phone or a computer learns about it.

Waiting on my offer. Ive dealt with everything from s**ual harassment to just bureaucratic nonsense with no help from HR. So, I just stopped reporting what has been happening with me because they dont believe me.After this long it feels like I'm leaving an abusive relationship.

@a4 By all means. Take the leap. You will be better off. Don't make long term plans with this company.
They haven't got long term plans for you.

@jj L3 cannot keep up with offers may as well accept and move on and not waste time with negotiations.

Just don't think you can dangle an offer from any of those companies to make L3 give you more money. You might get a little more, but you will have burned every bridge you might have had. Employers don't like being played. The word will spread quickly and you won't be welcome anywhere.
As for L3, they won't forget you held a g-n to their heads and they will make you suffer.

@d5 depends what you’re doing, I’ve heard some horror stories. Other popular NNJ options are CACI or Marotta. Which one is best greatly depends on your role though.

Depends on your location. If you're from northern New Jersey, many of the best of the best have found sanctuary at BAE
