Not a large client, but a client, just the same.
Evidently, they are not happy either.

Oh, FT is long gone! FIS stopped servicing their calls on 04/27/2026. There were only a handful legacy FT employees left. They had been told for months and expected to be laid off with severance on that date. Instead, in a classic FIS bait and switch, they were told at the last minute that they were going to be trained to service the other mutual funds with two weeks training to assist them in meeting in SLAs, no end date given. FIS is dangling the severance in front of them which is a really sh---y way to treat people. Consider the source.
Daamn that's quick. I guess the employees are gone? They won't be able to move to service FT since they are leaving as well.
