We all know more cuts are coming. But I'm looking at other companies and they're all in the same shape. I'd leave if I could find somewhere better, but I can't. And the stress of all this is really taking a toll on me physically. I honest to goodness don't know what to do.

For our industry, there is nowhere better. We have the best (not perfect) blend of culture, benefits, pay, and leadership. NOT PERFECT but best around. Second, the best way to protect yourself from being laid off is develop a skill or niche knowledge better than the next person. Finally, channel your anxiety to an outdoor hobby. Take hikes, ride a bike, walk while listening to a book, rent a kayak…. Whatever. Control what you can and invest in yourself. If you don’t invest in yourself, why would anyone else, right? You’ll be ok but you gotta take some action.
The LAST thing you should do is jump ship and be some other company’s newbie. Recipe for disaster!
I think everyone should have an updated resume, always looking around. This is just scary times, nobody knows what will happen in future
The best thing I can tell you to do is to just keep all of your options open.
