I am planning to resign. Since 2030 sht show started, I am literally 4 FTE. Workload is high, I have on top 3 managers following 3 different directions, and I am one man show. My ex team mates, that have been fired last year, are doing way better.

Really? I thought they were hiring more Directors of team meetings & shoulder shrugs.
Smart Manufacturing / Plant Automation functions have een merged into other areas, but the teams let go.
@a9 I know some are from the SAP Deployment/Symphony team.
They just put people first SO MUCH it's crazy. Really living up to those values!
No, it is part of the plan as progress is made integrating the old FIBI and Protein enterprises. This was going to be one of the lengthier/ more complex integrations. There will be plenty of cuts coming ahead. With beef business in low end of the cycle that is only further incentive to radically cut cost (People) in the organization.
Company is not close to the 2.5B in cuts that the board promised so they will be running desperately towards it to save their necks. Last jump we saw on stock valuation is because of progress over the past quarters in cost reductions and profitability…. That’s about to turn.
What functions are affected?
