Smart Manufacturing / Plant Automation functions have een merged into other areas, but the teams let go.

No, it is part of the plan as progress is made integrating the old FIBI and Protein enterprises. This was going to be one of the lengthier/ more complex integrations. There will be plenty of cuts coming ahead. With beef business in low end of the cycle that is only further incentive to radically cut cost (People) in the organization.

Company is not close to the 2.5B in cuts that the board promised so they will be running desperately towards it to save their necks. Last jump we saw on stock valuation is because of progress over the past quarters in cost reductions and profitability…. That’s about to turn.
