BAE are retaining us only as insurance. All I've done for months is fiddle about with documentation. It's adding very little value but they just want to be sure they have got all the knowledge before finally cutting the ties. There is no new work coming that I can see. The only thing anyone seems to care about in DXC is have we done our timesheet. We are instructed to do it weeks in advance, so it obviously doesn't even matter if the charge is accurate. It all goes to BAE regardless if it's a project, support or bench time.
If you can and love the Work ( if you're get some from BAE ) then try to cosy up with Bae and side march into a Role into BAE; being at DXC is dead wood territory where we can't deliver anything, have gGG%$%$ managers, reputation is destroyed and the clients like BAE going to better suppliers and want shot of this dreadful company
Alternatively do little as possible and wait for VR / CR to get rid from this dreadful place
Totally agree. We are just wasting time as they are too busy to engage with us whilst they spend all their hours working with other suppliers, blocking any change from DXC. We're not needed if nothing needs changing!
