Thread regarding SAP layoffs

Looks like share price is taking again

Someone mentioned on this forum not long ago that the executive board wants to take the share price below €100 so they can have more layoffs. It seems it's on track to do that. This AI obsession with price increase makes no sense. What is the tipping point for them to start layoffs?

Leadership needs to do something! The market obviously hates the AI northstar! Evidence is in...they are dumping shares left and right! Leadership should have bonuses cancelled!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

@ev Oh how the market would love that! Price would be at 300 in no time. The reality is they could still trim that much fat and keep the same level of innovation (AI will fill the gap with MS copilot and claude work). Writing is on the wall.

It keeps falling! Someone do something! Many of us have large amounts of stocks they waived in front of us to keep us happy. It was like a carrot on a stick. But now becoming cut by 50%+! EXEC BOARD - get to work, you ARE ACCOUNTABLE for this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am pretty sure we are already past the tipping point. And the Betriebsrat is useless because it consists of the same career politicians every time. I have cut down on my expenses and am bracing myself for the next wave of layoffs. I reckon it will be close to the 10000 that our Airbus CFO sees as dental plaque.
