@f6 There many like AP in senior leadership positions.

@ex , like AS, AP is another empty head getting recognized way over what they deserve. If this platform is going to depend on people like these, even God can't save it.
But, who really cares at the top as long as BNY is going up and their multi-million dollar RSUs are worth more and more?
@et AS was directly responsible for the promotions of AP in 3 consecutive years going from VP to SD for selling clients on Wove. AP is now in over her head. Expect AP to be either “seeking new opportunities” or “spending more time with her family” soon too! Pershing X was a mess and unsurprisingly Wove is too.
I will miss her emails about EDM music and random journaling….right ????
Good riddance. AS was all talk and no substance.
@af Pershing X is a disaster and the demons it hired and created are now dispersed widely within the organization. Sad thing, this cancer will slowly but surely destroy whatever Pershing built over the decades.
AS (both) along with DA and ML came with an agenda to destroy Pershing. Mission accomplished.
Finally a post that was should be backdated to 3 years ago !
Thoughtless, clueless 'Product' strategy that completely destroyed the business, quality of emp life, the technology and now left on the shoulders of hundreds of low paid staff to clean up an absolute and colossal waste of millions of $$$. And for thousands of ppl to be listening to this bullshi$ bragging and lectures for the last many years... OH MY GOD! good riddance to many of these.
Sadly with Pers track record the new hire will be worse, as has been the case in last 5 years starting with the other AS person.
@bt Disaster is a nice way to say it. Unfortunately, too many careers destroyed over leaders that came into the organization with no working knowledge of custody, the clients, and the technology. Very sad state of affairs especially when the impact to the people was given very little consideration. Sleepless nights worrying about your job. Working on things or pet projects that at the end of the day didn’t matter. Anyone that didn’t demonstrate being onboard were labeled as detractors and faced real career consequences.
Just another in a long, long string of high level, overpaid flameouts in recent years at Pershing. Although Wove may go down as one of the biggest busts in history and thats saying something as there have been some large ones! Pershing is a complete shell of what it once was. It amazes me how often we bring in these high priced people and it doesn't take much to realize they have absolutely no idea what to do but senior management lets it go on for years. Huge amounts of money paid to them and then they get bounced off to go do the same thing somewhere else for a couple of years until their figured out there.....oh, and I tried to get one of my employees a 2.25% raise but was told there was no money. How much do we waste on all these nonsensical senior hires? This place is worse than the government with wasting money....but keep telling me it's all about contributing to the whole company. Place is an absolute disaster.
Her whole existence at this company was Wove. Wove failed miserably and the conversion to it will be going into perpetuity at this point. Therefore she failed.
Which business unit is this
Finally we don't need to see those pointless emails every Monday
She thought she knew better than the in house experts. She never grasped the challenges. Never listed. Tried bulling her way through.
Spent a ton of money with very little to show for it. Huge mistake!
I am sure it was somebody else’s fault.
Horrible. Yes. Man, morale is at an all-time low here. Every single day people are sad, mad and rightfully complaining.
Crashed and burned
@a3 Account Services has been an absolute MESS for a long time.
@a3 The “Rope-A-Dope” strategy failed too! Total failure.
Tried the bob and weave but it all unraveled.
