Dont comment to say everyone will be hit. Comment your insider details on what you have heard so far. My PL and their director claim to have no clue and promise to be transparent. Someone has to know something.

Don't ask who is impacted. Nobody knows. Anyone can be let go.
@ad Same, this is absolutely true.
@ac that’s not what it means at all. You’re so full of it or you can’t comprehend or read what it says. I am happy here and I don’t want to leave so I deleted the email.
Does that mean I’m safe? No, layoffs will follow VSP. But I’m not going to willingly leave a job I like not will I allow people like you to fear monger me into signing up for the VSP.
@af it’s everyone, even new hires that got it. It’s an application to leave and you aren’t even guaranteed to be approved
@ac No its doesnt mean 100 percent your job is on the line. Nearly everyone got that blanket email if you have been there at least 2 years
@OP I’m a VP and I knew nothing before anyone else did. The VSP went to just about everyone under the market CEOs and most corporate employees.
No one is safe! If you got the VSP your job is on the line.
It’s only Sr leadership that know anything. That’s usually above VP even but depending on the VP. Managers and supervisor won’t know anything. My VP got his letter while we were on an impromptu call today to trying to address the panic. He talked through the faq page and did his best to answer anything he knew but ultimately didn’t know much more than us.
I'm hearing targets of 25% reduction of staff in some markets.
It’s truly 90% of staff who qualify for the VSP. It’s based on very broad HR-defined criteria. Stop trying to read into it. There’s nothing to read into on this topic.
@OP everyone will be hit
My people leader literally said the same thing. They said as of now they haven’t heard of any reductions for our team but we still need to meet metrics cause you never know.. and non of us our meeting metrics
