Can’t access my offer

I had to register for the voluntary separation program, I put my number and email correctly. 2 hours later I am getting codes that I have requested. Do not call the number they provided. 1 hour and 18 minutes later they sent me to voicemail. Just an fyi

@a1 thank you for the heads up see I used my CN number and they couldn’t find me. I had to use my ID from workday.

make sure you're using your workday ID - and not your CN ID - I am sure you know this but just putting it out there - also, for reasons I don't understand, when I went to review my offer this morning, and I put in my ID, Last Name and DOB - it also came up with an error - I ended up calling the number they gave, and as I was talking to the rep and signing in again, the system finally allowed me in! ha! anyhow... good luck. Oh, and when you do set up your user name and password, its going to prompt 2 different verifications - 1 via a code sent to your email, the second being a code sent via text or call - a lot of people (myself included) had an issue with the code taking FOREVER to send. Don't request it multiple times haha. I did that and it voids out the old codes and forces you to wait for the new code before you complete the process of setting up an account and are able to review you offer. - I hope this helps. I am sorry it was STUPID long winded.
