Is everyone dealing with Sapience watching over everything you’re doing? Leadership is a joke now. RTO mandate is also terrible since the whole thing was about collaboration but the moment I leave my desk it shows I’m not working on the sapeince reports. Everyone in the office looks like they are in prison, su-ks how much this place changed because of Gunjan

Yup. Just got the email. Sapience pilot is being shut down. Will be removed this week.
@c1 from the sounds of it it's just going to be replaced with a new tool on top of hyper micromanagement of everything. Hearing a loud rumbles about 5 days a week trickling down.

@bz I never said other orgs. I simply stated that EFCC was discontinuing the use of it.
Can confirm on the last call EFCC said it will be discontinued for them specifically but as of now it’s still on my computer. Don’t know if it will for others.
@bh I highly doubt this. Maybe EFCC is but that doesn't account for the other orgs.
