i dont like how there is no timer in Omni-Channel (Genesys) to tell you how long you have been on a break/lunch status for like there was in InGenius
They really could have differentiated the names better.......
given that we got ZERO communication from our "manager" its gone fine for us. I cant comment on if the call queues are working however as we dont take calls
