Hey AML personnel, why are we letting them step all over us? Threatening to fire us if we don’t meet production. Implementing AI that doesn’t work. At the end of the day (well probably year) we will be laid off for the AI we are ultimately training. Let’s stop doing so much. We can only do what we can do!!! Layoffs are inevitable, and you know that.

@OP You must be joking and venting? How the heck can you do less than expected and not risk being fired? Chat like that outside of a huge org like yours, and that would be grounds to term. Fingers crossed when you are fired or laid off, you retire. No company needs someone like you on their books. Ever!
@am they can fix whatever they want. Break whatever they want. Who cares. We are here for a paycheck and 8 hour work day. I really don’t care about the specifics. I have an actual life. And this is legit a job for money. We aren’t paid enough to actually care about the work. We can only do what we can do :) the rest can be done by the managers who do god knows what
fair assessment but the workflow is flawed. The same names cleared day after day after year. wastes everyones time. Maybe they fixed that?
