The reorg is old news from my understanding things were finalized this week. We’ll start seeing this sh_t rollout in the coming weeks. I expect to be laid off.

They are offering the VRP a lot earlier in the year than in years past. Deadline of end of June to apply and end of July to change your mind. Sounds like layoffs will follow shortly thereafter if not enough people take the VRP.
there are always layoffs. I have been waiting for the package since they told me in 2020, but I am giving my notice next week. I can't wait any longer for something that may not happen. 6 years they have been trying to get payroll where they want it and they still need me to fix what they sc--w up. they will just give my zones to the others there.
@a2 I constantly get a new boss to train, bring up to speed, and cater to. I will add my customers are still not in place from the last reorg. We are still transitioning a number of them.
